Yes it does, meditation is more like a prayer, a process of connecting with your soul with a higher energy, it helps you examine yourself especially your weaknesses and strengths, and the process requires calmness. We meditate to become a better person. Is there a best time for meditation, I don't think so, we can be meditating while walking, cooking, travelling, because meditation involves the mind, soul, while activities involves the brain.

Yes. Meditation is something anyone can do in times of stress. It helps free the mind with worries and thoughts that are cause you to worry. The most common form of meditation is the one where you need to sit still, focus and relax. In times when this isn't enough, a person can also do a walking meditation as this also distracts the mind and improve someone's breathing.

Yes, meditation is very helpful. I personally meditate in a wide space or in a bayside with sunset view. The relaxing feeling it gave me and it clears up my mind everytime I meditate and it will help me make decisions precise because of deep thinking.

Yes but not completely. It's also depends upon the person too . Like we know, when meditate you need calm down your whole body but it's just so hard to always maintain that calm state . Yk why it's because humans possibly can't control their emotions. So meditation is good but only if you can control your emotions. Hope you will understand .
