For an adult individual to have a healthy body, one must at least consume 6 to 8 litres of fresh drinking water. By doing the metabolism of an individual gets boosted and also it helps in detoxifying the body.

So drink adequate amount of water but don't drink excess.

More you drink more your body will thank you! Drinking water is never too much! All toxins will be more easily ejected from your body if you drink a lot of liquids

Water (in liter) to drink a day equals your weight (in kg) multiplied by 0.033. So, if you are 60 kg, you should drink about two liters of water every day. How many glasses is 3 Liters of water? One liter of water is about 33.8 ounces. A typical glass of water holds about 8 ounces.

It is suggest ed to have 6 to 8 litre of water. But at least have 8 glasses of water. It helps in digestion and purify the blood. Don't avoid taking water.take it in different forms like tea,juices,coffee etc

I drink 15 Litres of Water in a Day for body Weight.Everyone should drink Water in a controlled way.Our body requires the Water.It provides the Oxygen to our body.

Water in really very important and drinking it properly and making it abundant for our body is very important.


If for example you weights 50 kg then you should at least drink 1.5 kg of water a day.

The amount of water intake is proportional to our body weight. The formula to calculate the required amount of is Water (in litres) to drink a day = Your Weight (in Kg) multiplied by 0.033. For example, if you are 60kg, you should drink about 2 litres of water every single day. At 90kg, you'll around about 3 litres of water. All you need to do is multiply 0.033 to your weight in Kg

For a healthy adult, it is recommended that you consume 8 glasses of water in a day. It should not over done as it can result in over hydration. The consumption can differ a little bit in regards to the weather during cold seasons people tend to consume less compared to summer.

I drink around two liters of water daily. Physicians give advice to drink two liters of water per day. So, I am trying to drink this much of water every day. I advice you too.

generally, the ratio of drinking water based on the body weight is defined as the body * 0.03

but basically drinking 6 to 8 litres of water per day is good for health.

for a adult are a child to have weight you should at least drink eight to ten liter of water daily. reason is because water contain about 99% of the human body so without enough water it will not function properly

Health practitioners say  that a normal person should take at least 8 glasses of water.

You can even take more water than this speculated amount because water is very important component of the human body as they say that it constitutes about 70% of the human body.

I personally take 4-5 glasses of water a day in hot weather and 1-2 glasses in winters
