The one food that comes close to this description is whenever I eat very sweetened cake, having noticed the effect on me I try as much as possible to avoid it, I don't what product causes that reaction but I certainly know it gives me headache. Or most times I can take a very little bite to avoid the negative effect. I don't experience it with chocolates, though am not a fan of chocolate. I am so conscious of what I eat especially when the taste is not right.
