Yes and its very possible. I have been receiving my menses for years and whenever am having them, no one will ever notice. I just get the right diet especially the one full of iron so that it quickly replaces the lost blood during menstruation. What I always maintain is high level of hygiene which is very crucial to every woman. Having menses is never a big deal although mood swings will always be there.

Menstrual cycle is natural to women,  it is a period the ovaries releases egg. To replenish the lost blood, and stay healthy it is advisable to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits rich in iron example legumes, spinach, green vegetables, and kale. Intake of Folic Acid,Vitamin B-12, copper, and Vitamin A rich foods are healthy.

Periods has nothing to do with health. Also, its not necessary that women not having periods are unhealthy any way.

Periods are an indicator that a woman is fertile and can give birth to kids, rest periods has nothing to with health. Rest it is associated with hormonal balance and changes in body so that aspect could be taken here.

No. It is not healthy for women. Menses should happen for every 28 or 30 days. If it is not happen, we have some problem in our stomach ( uterus related problem). Menses reduces the chances of heart disease for women.

I do think so. Having a magical period is not a hindrance to keep fit as a fiddle. We just need to be a responsible soul in taking good care of ourselves.

Women need to menstruate in order to shed the uterine lining. The whole purpose of the menstrual cycle is to prepare your uterus for pregnancy each time you ovulate. And also period is important in your body to release tissue that it no longer needs.

Am not quite sure because am not a female but in my point of view I wouldn't consider it healthy if you are missing your periods.

It's normal not to have a period during pregnancy or after menopause. But if you miss periods at other times, it may be a symptom of an underlying medical issue.
