What is the best time to take vitamins?

It totally depends on which vitamins are you taking.

Some are beneficial at morning, some at afternoon, some at evening and some just before going to bed.

But most suitable time is morning for more cardiovascular activity to get energy.

Night is also preferable to take vitamins cause after sleeping, your body tends to spread the chemical rapidly than rest of the time.

So my answer is morning and night both are helpful and best time to take vitamins.

I got it, your indeed right. Based on my experience, whenever I take Vitamin E in the evening... I am very sleepy the next day...so I decided to take it in the morning instead, which made me more energetic during the daytime and got my sleep well at night. And vice versa with my B-complex and Vit C. Thanks for your opinion that really matters. Appreciate it.

I'm also taking vitamin A,C tablets right after a meal.

'Cause doctor suggested me to take it so that my eyes will be fine as my eyes hurt and causes pain while constantly seeking water.

That's why I know when to take vitamins and when to not.

Water-soul able vitamins can be taken in the morning time. It absorbs best in empty stomach. That means taking them first in the morning, prior eating before 30 minutes. It is not advisable to take vitamin pills at night.
