Yup, your right, both have the same positive and negative effects on the body, depending on the user, and the kind of which they are going to take, as well as the limitations one can set. But if tea is less caffeine, this sounds better than coffee. But still, our body needs to sustain the right amount of any kind of components that it inhibits.
