That's most obvious question.

According to studies,

Tea contain more antioxidants than coffee.

And helps to refresh mood faster than coffee.

But, tea has low amount of caffeine so If you are not caffeinated then it's your choice, whether to go with coffee or tea.

I drink tea most of the time but coffee is also good for health.

Both have pros and cons.

I can say coffee is like a girlfriend but tea is like wife.

Thanks for your opinion. Yup, your right, both have the same positive and negative effects on the body, depending on the user, and the kind of which they are going to take, as well as the limitations one can set. But if tea is less caffeine, this sounds better than coffee. But still, our body needs to sustain the right amount of any kind of components that it inhibits. Just like bacteria, our body doesn't only need the good one, but it must still be accompanied by bad bacteria. Balance has a major role in living aspects.

I think tea is more beneficial. Coffee increases your mental alertness and gives you that energy boost. Tea on the other hand is an awesome detox. It awakens your senses, aid digestion especially when hot and contains lots of antioxidants too. 

The fascinating thing about tea is that it has a blend of benefits as it can be made into varieties depending on your preferences. You can find herbs like ginger, cinnamon, mint, turmeric etc contained in tea bags.

Very well said. both have special benefits and may have harmful effects too. What is important is we must really learn how to balance what we intake into our bodies.

Coffee or tea is more beneficial because it provides people with enough energy to meet their needs for food and drink. Tea is more beneficial because it provides people with an energy to jump start their body's natural energy production.

Tea to me is very beneficial, because of its detoxification properties, and I  usually take my tea first thing in the morning and with no additive. Though there are many types of tea, the best tea depends on the taste,  processed location and the type of leave it is made from.

Yeah, there are lots of variations in terms of tea. Depending on what our body needs. Coffee is a bit too caffeinated but i believed it still has a good role in our system. Both are ok, but what we need to consider is to take them in moderation.

They both contain caffeine  content which is important because it helps in reducing headaches. But then, considering the taste of the two, I prefer the taste of the tea because coffee has got many flavours and one moment it tastes good and the other moment you find another flavor that tastes extremely pathetic.

Maybe depending on what people prefer. Nowadays, there are really a lot of flavors offering on the market. Some are already repetitive. I prefer brewed coffee, I feel the naturality fo it than instant coffee. In terms of tea, I just go on the classic one.

I here good things on both. For tea I would day herbal any kind. For coffee I would say decaf. Cold or hpt. I wouldn't add anything !ales it more healthy or just a bit of milk if you need to. Adding sugar and so on makes it unhealthy.

Coffee is more beneficial according to me because it is more effective during headaches. Coffee contains caffeine.it lowers the chance of cancer, liver disease, and heart disease.

Both of them are beneficial to our bodies, but not too much. Caffeine serves as a stimulant and tea is good for detoxifying our bodies.

Tea has more nutrients and benefits to our body. But it's bland taste make a person dislike it. Coffee made us energetic and productive daily because of it's caffeine and the uplifting burst of it's flavor. I've tried tea many times while on a diet and I've felt relaxed and it increases my metabolism to help me loose more weight.

coffee is the best. Coffee drinkers can raise a mug to fiber, microbiome health and lowering risk for cancer and diabetes. But tea drinkers, do not despair. Tea is undoubtedly good for your blood pressure, cholesterol, stress levels, mental health and productivity.
