You would get a whiff of hydrogen sulfide. It smells pretty bad. Also you would be explosive. If you are talking about a bag over your head, you would go into convulsions because propane does not remove CO2 from your blood, which air normally does. CO2 in the blood stimulates breathing and if it builds up your breathing reflex starts acting up.

Inhaling propane gas can be dangerous and even fatal. Propane is an odorless, colorless fuel that can cause asphyxiation when inhaled in high concentrations. Symptoms of inhaling propane gas include difficulty breathing, dizziness, nausea, headaches, and loss of consciousness. In extreme cases, it can lead to death. Inhaling propane gas should be avoided. If you suspect that you or someone else has inhaled propane gas, seek medical attention immediately.
