Organic foods do not have any artificial ingredients . These foods are naturally grown in the rural areas by the farmers without using any chemical fertilizer or pesticide . The nutrition value of organic food is quite satisfactory .This is why organic foods help us in maintaining healthy life .

Organic foods are natural foods that has no artificial or induced properties. It is produced without any conventional methods, like the use fertilizer, or synthetic ingredient. Organic foods are healthy because of it is natural and does not produce pollution, conserves environment and water. Non organic foods are controlled by laws in some countries and are totally banned.

Organic food has the cells that built our body with the minimum of energy needed for this. When we boil food its cells change their structure and it our body needs extra energy resources to rebuilt the material for its own cells. It is so with modified food, the cells are alien to our body. Of course the organic food is the resouce of the minerals that feed our good bacteria and these bacteria provides us vitamins etc.

Organic foods are grown without help of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. So, even if they doesn't contribute to our good health, these at least reduce possibilities of deposition of unwanted chemicals in our body which we eat in foods from inorganic food growth farms. Many of health diseases are just a result of pesticide/fertilizers toxicity in our body.

Organic foods do not have artificial preservatives added which mostly come from non biodegradable compounds. Which are carcinogenic in most cases.

They are highly soluble in the bowel and provide essential nutrients needed by the body.
