Getting the right amount of sleep hours is what is recommended and not necessarily get more sleep hours. But the overall benefits of getting enough sleep includes reducing stress, improving memory which allows you think smarter, giving you an energetic feeling, helps in improving the heart beat rate and sleep allows the body to heal. Sleep is natural and depriving the body of sufficient sleep could be harmful and unhealthy.

Of course, it will make your life balanced and keep fit as a fiddle. That's the reason why we need to find jobs that do not make a person sleep late in the evening.
