For a natural process like squatting the answer is no, because the muscles takes time to build and take shape. But for the unnatural process like injection of silicon could have a faster result but the implication could be very detrimental to your health. Faster could be harmful.

Not really, you need to be patient,  but yes you can achieve it, in a month. By doing proper exercise daily, maintain your diet properly. And do the squats also on a daily basis.

Squatting. 

You can  not achieve big  buttocks a week.

You will do the squatting like two to three months before achieving results.

 But for artificial applications

I will say yes .

This is because artificial lubricant for a bigger buttocks are made of some acidic substances which can react quickly on the human body.
