It certainly can. While fruit in moderation is good for you the naturally occurring sugar in fruit can cause tooth decay. It also contains a high amount of fructic acid which contributes to tooth decay as it dissolves the enamel on your teeth. To prevent damage to your teeth after eating fruit you could rinse your mouth or chew sugar free gum.

There is no definitive answer to this question as everyone's health is different. Some people love their fruit cups and other people don't like them because of the amount of sugar in them. Some people are more prone to developing diabetes or heart disease due to the high levels of sugar in their blood, while others have no problem with their fruit cups at all. Ultimately, it is up to the individual to decide how much sugar from fruit they want to take and consider the risks and benefits of each option before decisions are made.

Too much of anything is bad for you. The sugar in fruit is different than processed sugar and is healthier because it is unprocessed. Everything in moderation.

Eating whole fruit, it is almost impossible to consume enough fructose to cause harm. Fruits are loaded with fiber, water and have significant chewing resistance.

The sugar in the fruits are very less compared to add on sugar. So taking to much sugar will not cause any damage to our cell. But consume in small quantities.

It would be for those who are diabetic patients. Since some of them cannot tolerate high sugar levels in their system, so they need to be careful with sugar intake from sweet fruits.

The excess sugar can cause tooth decay, loss of energy, and increased food cravings. It is hard to consume excessive sugar from fruits because they have fiber too, which slows downs the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream.
