Protein plays a critical role in reducing belly fat. Adding protein to diets can boost one’s metabolism. The body can not turn fat into muscles so the body can’t either turn muscle into fat also. the body needs protein to break down or metabolize food more effectively.

Yes, it 100% effective. I go to the gym regularly plus I drink protein cocktails before and after the training and I see the result. However, you should not forget about healthy food and drinking a lot of water.
