Basically, yes it can. But it also depends on what you eat and what type of metabolism you have. Some people, no matter how they try cannot gain weight, while some gain it quite easily. People mainly gain weight from eating bad food, if you eat a lot but your diet is very diverse and has many nutrients, it will not affect your health.

Eating more often in very fewer proportions don't gain weight if one act calorie-conscious. Calorie count should be taken in such a way each type of nutrient i.e., carbohydrates, Protein, Fat, Fibre has a cutoff of intaking per day according to a person's weight and height including gender difference. If a person calculates and proceeds, then there is no chance of gaining mass/weight  unless have a health problem

Yes. Eating more often is not good for one's health. We believe that eating low caloric food will not increase our body weight. In reality it becomes very difficult for us to continue with low caloric diet. We cannot control  ourselves in maintaining our daily diet  chart. We add delicious foods along with our low caloric diet.

Yes it does, eating more means your body is processing and storing more energy which adds to body weight. When consuming more food is not followed by the right amount of exercise  to dispense the built up energy it can become a health problem.

Yes, eating more often leads to your food intake making changes to your metabolism. And this method also leads to more or less of an issue with the weight. So slowly you have to keep things in order with less exercise. And that also leads to the health issues as well.

Make sure to gain weight gracefully. Make sure to do exercise and also move more this way healthy weight can be gained. I know this because I have gained weight this way and it has worked out for me too. But not all people can relate to this.

It is possible especially if your metabolism is too slow to break down the food intake. If this is the case, we need to do regular exercises to keep fit.

Yeah eating every time can actually make gain weight, it would be worse when what you eat every time is heavy, sitting in one place is also a contributor.

Eating more often can contribute to weight gain if it leads to an excess intake of calories. Weight gain occurs when you consume more calories than your body needs for energy, causing the excess energy to be stored as fat.

However, eating more frequently does not necessarily mean that you will gain weight. It is important to pay attention to portion sizes and the types of foods you are consuming, as well as the overall balance of your diet

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best way to eat every day varies depending on what you enjoy and want to do on a day. However, some believe that more eating can help you lose weight, while others believe that eating more often can gain you weight.

Eating more often can lead to weight gain if you consume more calories than your body needs. However, frequent, smaller meals can also help regulate hunger and prevent overeating. It's important to focus on a balanced, nutritious diet and portion control to maintain a healthy weight.

The frequency of meals alone is not a direct cause of weight gain. Weight management is influenced by the overall balance between the calories you consume and the calories your body expends. Eating more frequently in smaller, balanced portions can have positive effects on metabolism and help regulate hunger, potentially preventing overeating during main meals.

However, several factors can contribute to weight gain, regardless of how often you eat:

1. **Caloric Intake:** Consuming more calories than your body needs, regardless of meal frequency, can lead to weight gain.

2. **Food Choices:** The types of foods you eat matter. A diet high in processed foods, sugary beverages, and unhealthy fats can contribute to weight gain.

3. **Portion Sizes:** Overeating, regardless of meal frequency, can contribute to an excess of calories and, subsequently, weight gain.

4. **Physical Activity:** Lack of physical activity or a sedentary lifestyle can also contribute to weight gain.

It's crucial to focus on a balanced diet, make healthy food choices, practice portion control, and incorporate regular physical activity into your routine. Additionally, individual factors such as metabolism, genetics, and overall health play roles in weight management. If you have specific concerns about your weight or diet, consulting with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian can provide personalized guidance.

The frequency of meals alone does not directly cause weight gain. Weight change ultimately depends on the  balance between calorie intake and expenditure.
