The requirement of legal notice is only under the civil law. First thing you need to understand is you need to hire an advocate to send a legal notice to someone. Also, you can only send a legal notice if someone breaches the law and regulations or any condition of the contract between you and other person. You must consider your point first, for which you have decided to send a legal notice. It must be genuine. After considering all above mentioned things, if you think the case is genuine then find the specific cause for which you are going to send the notice. After writing the legal notice, get it signed by you and your advocate. Send it to the registered address of the person/company to which you are sending the notice.

You cannot send a legal  notice, it  is a lawyer that can do that on your behalf. If you do that you may be subjected to the wrong interpretation of the law, you need to consult your lawyer.

The specific steps for sending a legal notice will depend on the laws of your jurisdiction and the circumstances of your case. In general, however, the following steps may be involved in sending a legal notice:

Determine the purpose of the legal notice: A legal notice may be used for a variety of purposes, such as requesting payment, demanding that certain actions be taken, or informing the recipient of their legal rights and obligations. It's important to determine the purpose of the legal notice and to clearly state your demands or requests in the notice.

Gather the necessary information: In order to send a legal notice, you will need to gather certain information such as the name and address of the recipient, the specific demands or requests you are making, and any supporting documents or evidence.

Draft the legal notice: Once you have gathered the necessary information, you will need to draft the legal notice. This should include a clear and concise statement of your demands or requests, and any supporting information or evidence.

A legal notice is typically sent through registered or certified mail. When mailing a legal notice, make sure to include the full name and address of the recipient, your contact information, a description of the issue, and a demand for a response. If you do not receive a response, you may need to consult a lawyer for further advice.
