What are the best foods to achieve a quick weight loss without affecting health?

First of all I can tell you their is no perfect food for weight loss and this is because there are many activities to be considered to  achieve that disired weight loss.

Here are  my two best foods that can help you to loose your body weight.

1. Consider eating food with no  fats and oil. such potatoes and rice

2.Eating fruits like lemons and oranges.

High protein and low carbohydrate foods are the perfect weight loss foods. Protein helps in weight loss. Carbohydrates are the primary cause of weight gain.

If you follow these 4 Step Program you would lose lots of Fat weight in the short term



  1. You should reduce eating foods compromise with carbs
  2. You should drink water regularly at least over 4L.
  3. You should do more muscle gaining exercises. (5 times a week)
  4. You must stop eating food with sugar and cholesterol.

The best way is to have a good diet regimen and that is to eat a well-balanced diet. Of course, you also need to do some exercises to trim down the weight.

I don't think the is such a thing as a perfect food for weight loss. Different bodies react may react differently to foods. 

Besides, the combination of food we eat will cause different reactions as well...

That's why the Keto diet works for those who want to lose weight yet can eat lots of fats.

No food is perfect for weight  loosing, but a proper diet can help.

Daily drink a cup of black coffee with lemon in the morning, and then for 20-30 mins exercise  of you can or walk.

Eat green veggies like brocolli ,chia seeds, light food,boiled food instead  of fried one.

Must have light breakfast, heavy lunch,and avoid dinner or take few bites. Even take a bowl of papaya every night instead of anything else that  much help in reducing fat.
