I can give you some tips-


1. Eat more protein. High protein food also includes meats, fish ,egg and many other dairy products,legumes , nuts and other items.

2. Eat food at least 3 times a day and take as mush carbohydrate and fat rich foods as possible.

3. Take energy rich food like almonds, walnuts, nuts etc. Things like dry fruits, high fat dairy,grains , potatoes, dark chocolate , avocado, coconut milk also add.

4. Stop drinking water before sleeping. Because drinking water before eating causes a feeling of fullness due to which food is not taken in sufficient quantity.

5. Take a food in big plate

6. Get good sleep for muscle growth.

Try to eat more carbs and fat if ever but don't forget to eat more protein for muscle build ups. Try to go to the gym for workouts and grow muscles. Don't do cardio workouts because that's the exercise for weight loss. Lift some weights for you to be buffed.
