For dandruff i think onion juice is the best.  I personally use onion juice for hairs.  It improves hair strength,  removes dandruff,  reduces hairfall,  and reduces graying of hairs due to antioxidant properties. Take average size onion and make a pulp.,  squeeze the juice out of it and apply for 10-20 mins before hair wash.  Apply once every week.  It can reduce dandruff and with regular use can help to remove it permanently.  For more details you can yourself search online for the benefits of applying onion juice on hairs.

Thanks

Shampooing your hair can produce more dandruff issues.

Set a day when to shampoo and when to oil

You can use lemon+ neem oil or even aloevera gel.  But let your hair naturally release oil and then shampoo it. Take care of yourself and your hair.

          Thank you

There are so many natural ways to handle this scalp condition. I am sure some people will agree that we need to consult a doctor about this. Sometimes self-medication won't work and it needs a special treatment.

Mild dandruff can be embarrassing and can be treated and it's a common condition that causes the skin on the scalp to flake. You must provide enough zinc, B vitamins, and certain types of fats that may help prevent dandruff. Daily shampooing containing zinc pyrithione or selenium sulfide may help prevent dandruff and gently massage your scalp to loosen flakes.

Unfortunately, there is no known permanent cure for dandruff. However, there are a few things you can do to reduce the symptoms and help keep dandruff at bay. Regularly shampooing your hair with an anti-dandruff shampoo is key, as these shampoos contain ingredients that help reduce the amount of yeast and bacteria on the scalp, which can cause dandruff. You should also try to reduce stress, as this can also contribute to a flaky scalp. Additionally, eating a healthy, balanced diet with plenty of vitamins and minerals can help keep your scalp healthy. Finally, drinking plenty of water and avoiding products that contain harsh chemicals can also help reduce dandruff.

Dandruff is a common scalp condition that causes flaky and itchy skin on the scalp. Although there is no permanent cure for dandruff, it can be effectively controlled with regular hair care and lifestyle changes. Here are some tips that can help you manage dandruff:

Keep your scalp clean: Wash your hair regularly with a gentle shampoo to keep your scalp clean and healthy. Avoid using harsh shampoos that can strip the natural oils from your scalp.

Use an anti-dandruff shampoo: Look for shampoos that contain ingredients such as salicylic acid, coal tar, ketoconazole, or selenium sulfide, which are effective in treating dandruff.

Avoid styling products: Avoid using styling products such as gels, mousses, or hairsprays as they can irritate your scalp and worsen dandruff.

Avoid hot water: Hot water can strip the natural oils from your scalp, making it dry and itchy. Use lukewarm water to wash your hair instead.

Manage stress: Stress can trigger dandruff, so try to manage your stress levels through relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation.

Maintain a healthy diet: A balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help keep your scalp healthy and dandruff-free.

If these tips do not improve your dandruff, it's important to consult a dermatologist who can recommend more specialized treatments such as prescription-strength shampoos or medicated creams
