Any combination of foods that will help one lose weight? Please share your menu or different foods here for rapid weight loss?

I would recommend you to try intermittent fasting. In this type of diet one can eat for 8 hours with a fast of 16 hours. It has helped many people to lose weight . You can eat anything in that 8 hour window of eating but then should fast for 16 hours. You can also check youtube videos for detailed information. 

But for weight loss you can go for veggies and avoid sugar.  Exercise daily for at least 20 mins.  Eat fresh fruits and try to remain calorie deficit

First of all I would like to say that I do not believe in eating selected foods that will help me in reducing my body weight .. Any food whether it is rich in fat or carbohydrate is essential for our body . It doesn't mean that one should consume fat or carbohydrate limitlessly .However I prefer the foods having low calorie value . I drink lemon Juice mixed with hot water everyday morning . Besides I keep leafy vegetables in my daily diet .

Drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies (more water content veggies), Best spend 8 hours to sleep.

Breakfast - Eat oats, corns, egg

Lunch - Eat more greens and veggies

Dinner - Eat lite food, and take milk at Bed Time.

Along with food one really need to exercise at the same time. As far as the food is concerned you need to take intake of the calories, fats and proteins according to your daily routine and body weight. The people with lot more physical work would require more calories and protein. You can follow the below schedule:

Breakfast: Oats, Sprouts, juices

Lunch: eat veggies in salad before taking lunch. The lunch may include chapatis, vegetables, curd, rice etc.

Dinner: Always finish your dinner atleast 2 hours before going to bed. Light food is recommended in dinner, with 1 glass of milk.

Right now i'm on lchf diet

Lchf is great for loosìng weight,you can eat how much you want,and anytime you want,all you need to do is to increase watter,and get out carbs,the rest is very easy,proteins and lots of healthy fat...and you will see the results.

I eat food for weight loss is fruits. Otherway i eat salad and drink juice . The importance i do not eat full food. I take normal diet

I still go for the traditional way by eating a well-balanced diet and do some exercises. In this way, you can able to maintain your ideal body weight.
