Is there any way to regain energy faster after a workout?

Try to relax your body by having a walk (barefoot on grass if possible)...this will help you calm down and also than do a bit of stretching exercises which relaxes your body muscles... After half an hour gap when your body gets to normal temperature, than you can have shower, all this will help avoiding tiredness after exercise....

Your question is like asking how can i avoid sweetness in the sugar...

My friend tiredness cant be avoided and a little bit tiredness is not bad..actually tiredness is all in starting when you start new exercises but after some time when you get addicted then it will automatically decrease...

And the pain which is due to lactic acid deposition can be releived by warm oil massage...
