Eating outside is not the factor which contributes to weight gain. Apart from it, the things you are eating outside plays an important role. It's always better and beneficial to know what you eat. The junk food in the outside food is major contributor in weight gain. Always count the intake calories, fat, protein etc. whenever you eat something.

Eating outside means it depends on the choice of your food or your location of eating. If you go to a very healthy place and eat where good quality ingredients are used, then you get less weight gain as compared to eating at a street hawker.

eating outside not only makes a person gain weight but also attacks on the immunity of the body making the body less immune to the diseases caused by bad food ingredients

It is not where you eat but what you eat that determines the effect it has on your body, some people on the move end up with fast food which is more fatty and adds to weight, but there are also some healthy restaurants but healthy foods are more expensive.

Its not like that if you eat outside then will put on weight. But it depends on what you eat be it inside or outside. Say if you are having salad and juiced outside then will not put on weight whereas if you are having butter, mutton, cakes at home, so be ready to put on.

As for me I don't think eating outside contribute much to weight gain this is because to gain body weight this will depends on which kinds of foods you eat outside, this means when you eat unhealthy foods especially the junk foods you will definitely gain weight.

It depends what type of food you are eating and the amount you take. If you take chicken at home or from outside I don't think the effect on weight is any different. Ivmainly depends if you are eating healthy foods or fast foods.

Yes, especially if you don't eat or choose healthy restaurants most likely you will gain weight. Those food chains are producing some unhealthy food like the deep fried, sodas, meat products, gravy, or sauce ingredients of the food. Most likely they use commercialized products that are cheaper and affordable which are the unhealthy ones.

There is no definitive answer to this question as different people have different eating habits and preferences. However, off-brand fast food or eating at restaurants are often large amounts of sources of unhealthy foods, such as processed foods, pasta, andheight-reducing foods. When people eat out, it is important to choose restaurant Choice 1 or 2, as eating in can help you lose weight by eating healthy foods at home.

Frequent eating outside can contribute to weight gain as restaurant meals often contain more calories, sodium, and unhealthy fats than home-cooked meals.

Eating out for lots of meals is associated with a higher percentage of body fat and heavier weight than American adults who prepare foods at home.
