The cracks on the walls appear because of variation in temperature in a particular region. If the temperature variation during day and night is more, during winter and summer season is more, then the chances of cracks on walls is more.

Apart from this the poor quality of material in painting and plastering, the poor quality of painting work may also cause the cracks to appear on the walls.

Poor Paint job: While painting your entire home, there can be chances of tempting to rush through it so mistakes can happen. Missing out layers, or not letting previous layers completely dry can hamper your overall efforts.

Low-quality paint: Cracks on the walls are mainly due to inferior quality paints which result in poor paint adhesion on your wall. Using different paints for each paint coat will also cause cracks on the wall.

Impatience during plasterwork: If you are not letting cement plaster completely dry before applying paint will leads to cracks.

Weather changes: Your home's structural materials expand when the temperature gets warmer, and they shrink when the temperature drops. Due to this, the cracks can be formed on your walls.

One importuning thing to consider in building your home is good quality materials. Probably your wall cracks because of some reasons; temperature, nature like earthquakes, ant the wall will also crack if the material isn't that good and people who probably making it never done good enough.

My advice would be to replace the drywall. Easily cover the gaps with crown molding and baseboard. Caulk them in. That may avoid yearly flexing cracks. If you don't want this happening in the future, you can use interior wall paint.

The reason why there are some cracks on our walls is climate change and random small-scale earthquakes here in my city. I am sure there are other reasons. But, we need to fix them right away for not worsening the condition.

In our environment walls are cracked due to massive earthquakes and sometimes heavy rains. The moisture of the air and strong winds cause cracks and damage even though our walls are made out of cement and rocks. This may also happen because of the usage of old materials

not all cracks indicate a structural problem. some small hairline cracks can be purely cosmetic and easily addressed with filler and paint. reason for cracks on your wall can be a low-quality paint. I would like to recommend you to use  Caparolarabia paints since they produce high-quality emulsions, enamel, decorative and structural coatings as well as insulation technology. Caparolarabia is one of the best paint supplies in Saudi Arabia.

Well actually one reason that there are cracks in the wall is if the building has been there for many years.

Old and abandoned houses usually have cracked walls.

There are a few reasons why your walls are cracking. One reason is that the water is moving through the cracks and the construction is being pushed and pulled against the force of the water. Another reason is that the water is spreading the cracks and water damage is becoming more and more common.
