1.

Power on or reboot the ASUS laptop. When the ASUS logo screen appears, press "F9" to access the hidden partition.

2.

Press "Enter" when Windows Boot Manager appears. Choose your language from the options and click "Next."

3.

Review the on-screen messages and then click "Next." Select one of the following options: "Recover Windows to First Partition Only," "Recover Windows to Entire HD" or "Recover Windows to Entire HD With Two Partitions."

4.

Click "Next" and follow the on-screen instructions to restore the ASUS laptop to the factory defaults.

Modern ASUS laptops have the hard reset button near the recharge plug. And you can press that during the reboot. And that should also get into the recovery mode and the BIOS. From there you can hard reset the laptop.

Afterward, go to your computer and press the reset button on the laptop.

Please turn off the laptop (press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds until the Power light is OFF to force shut down) and remove the AC adapter, then press and hold the Power button for 40 seconds to do Hard reset.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. It depends on the specific needs of the user.

If the user needs to reset the laptop, then a reset code must be inserted into the laptop's code area, which is located on the left side of the device. Alternatively, the user can use a computer to reset the laptop.
