You can take advil for 1200 mg twice a day, or you can take it for 1200 mg once a day. Which painkiller is safer? Which date should you take your next pain pill?

The date you should take your next pain pill should be at least two days before your next scheduled pain pill.

Advil contains ibuprofen which can have some major side effects if taken too long. Furthermore, you shouldn't be taking this more than twice a day or two tablets every 6 to 8 hours. If you take this over a long period of time you risk the chance of:

  • Stomachaches
  • Heartburn
  • Dizziness
  • Rash
  • Drowsiness
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Constipation
  • Ringing in your ears
Over a long period of time you will have other medical problems that could lead to or cause:
  • Liver failure or inflammation in the liver
  • Low platelet count
  • Blood in your urine
  • Stroke
  • Heart attacks
  • Sever or life-threatening skin reactions
  • Blood pressure
  • Kidney damage
If you are looking for a painkiller to help ease the pain don't make this more than a few days before switching over to Tylenol or another type of painkiller that doesn't have ibuprofen in it. Furthermore, if you are taking this for a long-time and have any of the symptoms listed above, then you need to see a doctor immediately. This isn't safe to take for an extended period of time. Most doctors will tell you to limit this or stop taking it after 5 to 7 days and won't advise you to continue taking this after that time frame.

Advil is a medication in the non-steroid, anti-inflammatory drug class that is used in treating pain, fever, and inflammation.

Whenever you are taking this drug, ensure that you're taking it under a doctor's prescription to avoid overdosage and under dosage. Chronic use of Advil can destroy your kidneys hence shouldn't be taken for a long time.

There are different types of dosage, for instance, a 400mg tablet can be taken four or six times a day. 800 mg should be taken once or twice a day although it will take a long time.

You should take it for one or two weeks and at most one month to avoid its effects on the kidney.

Advil is a nonsteroidal drug that targets hormones causing inflammations like swellings, pain, and fever and is met to be taken as prescribed by a pharmacist. They are ibuprofen drugs that must be avoided if you are asthma and shouldn't be used alongside aspirin. They could cause bleeding of the stomach and small intestine if taken in overdosing. Advil must be avoided before or after bypass surgery of the coronary artery.
Advil is taken to reduce pain caused by menstrual cramps, toothaches, headaches, and arthritis. Advil can be taken by adults and children that are above six months old.

Advil can cause an acute heart attack or stroke if used in the long term or high use of it. It is very risky for those suffering from heart disease to take it. You should not use this medicine if you are allergic to any ibuprofen drugs and if you had asthmatic attacks in the past.

Use Advil in a smaller dose that will take care of your pain and don't use it longer than the recommended period. See your doctor before using Advil. And also ask your doctor how safe it is to use Advil if you had any of the following:

High blood pressure, heart attack, blood clot, high cholesterol, stroke, etc.

You can take it every after 6 hours a day. But then, we still need to consult a doctor before doing so. Since it can affect the liver, an organ that filters medicines taken in.

The recommended dosage for Advil (Ibuprofen) is no more than two tablets, 200mg each, every four to six hours. It is not recommended to take Advil for more than 10 days without consulting your doctor. Taking Advil every day for long periods of time can increase your risk of serious side effects, including liver and kidney damage, gastrointestinal bleeding, and an increased risk of stroke or heart attack. For safer alternatives to Advil, talk to your doctor about other over-the-counter and prescription pain relievers like acetaminophen, naproxen, and tramadol.

It is safe to say that taking both drugs every day is safe and effective for most people. While the amount of risk associated with each purchase is up to each individual, that said, I would say that taking too many of these drugs every day is generally not great for your health. Therefore, it is generally safe to say that taking few days ofAdvil a day is about the right amount.

Unless your healthcare provider tells you to do so, you shouldn't take ibuprofen every day. It's recommended to only take OTC ibuprofen for pain for up to 10 days or for fever for up to 3 days.

It is important to follow the instructions and dosage recommendations provided by the manufacturer or a healthcare professional when taking Advil or any medication. Generally, Advil (ibuprofen) is intended for short-term use. Taking it for more than 10 consecutive days without medical supervision is not recommended, as it may increase the risk of side effects and complications. If you have specific concerns or questions, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional.

I'm not a doctor, but I can offer some general information. Advil is a brand name for ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) commonly used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and lower fever. The dosing and duration of taking Advil can vary based on individual factors and medical advice.

It's generally recommended to follow the dosing instructions on the packaging or as directed by a healthcare professional. For over-the-counter use, the typical dosing is usually 200 to 400 milligrams every 4 to 6 hours, with a maximum daily dose of around 1200 milligrams for adults. However, prolonged use or excessive doses of NSAIDs like Advil can have side effects, including stomach issues and increased risk of bleeding.
