One way to remove egg odours from your car is to clear off every last egg off each surface, and to then use a Bain No.6 or similar oil bath to clean the surfaces. This can be done for up to two years.

Here are a few tips to help you get rid of the order in your car:

  1. Sprinkle all your carpets with baking soda and let it sit on the carpets or rugs in your car.
  2. Vaccum this up after an hour.
  3. Mix 1 cup of vinegar and 3 cups of warm water in a bucket.
  4. Use a rag to clean all the areas in your car. This includes your seats, dashboard, door panels and any surface area in your car.
  5. Once you are done it is possible to open a small box of baking soda and leave it open in your car to trap the rest of the order that is there. You'll need to leave this overnight with your windows closed. This will help get rid of the remaining odor in your car.

That smell always irritatates.I want to believe that you cleaned the car with a lot of water and detergent, if you didn't then you should consider doing that .If the smell is still there then you should use air fresher spray and am perfectly sure it will work. Even your own body spray can work If you don't have the air freshener.

1. Use baking soda to absorb the smell. Sprinkle baking soda liberally over the affected area of your car and let it sit for a few hours. Vacuum up the baking soda afterwards.

2. Place a bowl of white vinegar in the car and let it sit overnight to absorb the smell. This will help to neutralize the odour.

3. Place several bowls of activated charcoal in the car overnight. Activated charcoal is a natural and effective way to absorb odours.

4. Fill a spray bottle with lemon juice or vinegar and spray it around the affected area of your car. Let it sit for a few hours and then wipe it off.

5. Try using an air freshener or odor eliminator to help get rid of the egg smell. You can find these products in many stores or online.

To get rid of egg odor from your car, try wiping down surfaces with a mixture of vinegar and water, using an odor-eliminating spray, and leaving baking soda in a bowl overnight. It may also be helpful to air out the car.

replace the faulty part causing the smell. This could be a catalytic converter, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, or even old transmission fluid. Once the appropriate part gets replaced, the smell should disappear.

Getting rid of egg odors from a car can be challenging, but it's possible with the right approach. Here are some steps you can take to eliminate the smell:

1. **Remove the Source**: First, remove any leftover eggshell or egg residue from the car. Use gloves and a plastic bag to avoid contact with the eggs. Carefully scoop and wipe away any visible egg remains.

2. **Clean the Area**: Clean the affected area with a mixture of water and mild dish soap or an automotive upholstery cleaner. Be thorough, as egg residue can seep into upholstery or carpeting.

3. **Use Vinegar**: A solution of white vinegar and water (1:1) can help neutralize odors. Dampen a cloth or sponge with the solution and wipe down the affected surfaces, including the upholstery, floor mats, and interior trim. Vinegar is effective at breaking down egg odors.

4. **Baking Soda**: Sprinkle baking soda on the affected area and allow it to sit for several hours or even overnight. Baking soda can help absorb and neutralize odors. Vacuum it up after it has had time to work.

5. **Activated Charcoal**: Placing activated charcoal in the car can help absorb odors. You can find activated charcoal air purifiers designed for cars or use loose activated charcoal in a container. Leave it in the car for a few days to absorb the egg smell.

6. **Air Out the Car**: If possible, leave the car windows open for a while to let fresh air circulate. Park the car in direct sunlight, which can help dissipate odors.

7. **Odor Eliminators**: Consider using commercial odor eliminators or car deodorizers. These products are designed to neutralize and mask odors.

8. **Steam Cleaning**: If the egg odor persists, you might need to use a steam cleaner to deep-clean the interior. This can help remove odors from hard-to-reach places.

9. **Professional Detailing**: If the smell remains stubborn, you may want to consult a professional car detailing service. They have the equipment and expertise to thoroughly clean and deodorize your car.

Remember that it may take some time for the odor to completely disappear, and you might need to repeat some of these steps. Also, act promptly to prevent the smell from permeating further into the car's interior.
