I can't sleep unless I am with my boyfriend. I feel depressed. I don't know why? But I feel very bad during night time if he is not in bed. What could be the reason?

Look for happiness outside your boyfriend, this does not mean you should disassociate with your boyfriend. While he is out, you can do something that will make him happy when he returns. Build your life around love and not a particular person, but let your boyfriend feel that love when he is around.

It often happens. You are used to sleeping with your boyfriend and when he is out sleep evades you. It seems you miss something out. Learn to cope with his absence.

I won't suggest you get another sidekick but I suggest you cope up.

It depends. You miss him much or you can't trust him that he can cheat while you both are in a distant place. If he loves you, he won't cheat. If he wants to cheat, he must set you free.

Because you love your boyfriend very much, when he goes out of the house you miss him   so you don't sleep

It is because you are so concerned about your boyfriend. I am sure you are going to feel the same way with close friends, relatives, or family members. It is a normal feeling that we are concern with their safety and want to be with them as much as possible. That is the power of unconditional love.

You're very dependent to your boyfriend, and he always makes you feel safe. Or you very crave for your boyfriend that don't want other people be with him. Other possibility is you have the sixth intstint which could be he's cheating or is facing a problem out there.

You can not sleep without him because he comforts you, makes you feel safe and loved when he is close to you that he is someone you can wake up with and just smile its common don't think it's an unusual thing. I'm a cuddler myself my love sign is touch, I love being touched but I think it's up to you to try and not be so dependent on him, relieve you can sleep without him you once did it before when he wasn't in the relationship.

You need to be yourself . Love your boyfriend and also remember to take care of yourself . You can make communication with him and try to do something constructive while he's not around. You have strong love for him and that's great.

Maybe because just you love him

You think about him a lot and you fear from happening something to him

It's the overthinking when you think a lot your brain will still active and to sleep we need to turj him off

You get used to sleeping with him every night. You are not used to sleeping alone on your bed. Maybe you are also bothered and thinking of your boyfriend at the moment that's why you are uncomfortable on your own. Your mind is not relaxed in that state. Find ways that will feel relaxed maybe calling him before you sleep might help. Do things that will help you feel asleep at night when you are in bed.

You just love Him so much or maybe you're afraid what would happen to Him when he's not around. Try to trust him more so that even you can help yourself be calmed even though he's not around you. Or maybe talk to Him to chat you if he's going out for you to sleep at peace.

It is possible that you are experiencing anxiety or a feeling of insecurity when your boyfriend is not with you. This feeling can cause difficulty sleeping. It is important to talk to your partner about your feelings and to find healthy ways to cope with your anxiety. You can also try practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and mindfulness to help reduce the anxious feelings. Additionally, speaking to a mental health professional can be helpful in understanding the source of your anxiety and developing strategies to manage it.

Difficulty sleeping when your boyfriend is away is a common experience and can be attributed to a variety of emotional and psychological factors:

1. **Separation Anxiety**: Many people experience separation anxiety when a loved one, like a boyfriend, is away. This anxiety can lead to restlessness and difficulty sleeping.

2. **Loneliness**: You may feel lonely or isolated when your boyfriend is not with you, which can make it hard to relax and fall asleep.

3. **Worry or Stress**: Concerns or worries about your boyfriend's safety, well-being, or the relationship itself can keep your mind active and prevent you from sleeping.

4. **Comfort and Security**: Having your boyfriend around might make you feel more secure and comforted. His absence can create a feeling of vulnerability that interferes with your ability to sleep.

5. **Change in Routine**: Having someone share your bed can create a routine and a sense of comfort. When that routine is disrupted, it can affect your sleep patterns.

6. **Attachment and Bonding**: Emotional attachment and the feeling of closeness with your boyfriend can make it difficult to relax and sleep soundly when he's not there.

7. **Social Jetlag**: The term "social jetlag" is used to describe the disruption of your natural sleep schedule due to social or relationship commitments. When your boyfriend is away, your sleep schedule might not align with your natural circadian rhythm.

To address these issues and improve your sleep when your boyfriend is not around, consider the following:

1. **Establish a Routine**: Stick to a regular sleep schedule, even when your boyfriend is away, to maintain a sense of normalcy.

2. **Relaxation Techniques**: Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation to ease anxiety and stress.

3. **Stay Connected**: Communicate with your boyfriend, whether through text messages or phone calls, to reduce feelings of isolation and worry.

4. **Create a Comfortable Sleep Environment**: Make sure your sleep environment is comfortable and conducive to rest. Consider using white noise machines, comfortable bedding, and keeping your bedroom dark.

5. **Limit Screen Time**: Reduce exposure to screens (phones, computers, TV) before bedtime, as the blue light from screens can interfere with sleep.

6. **Engage in Physical Activity**: Regular exercise can help reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality.

7. **Seek Support**: Talk to friends or a therapist about your feelings and concerns. They can provide emotional support and help you address any underlying issues that may be affecting your sleep.

Remember that missing a good night's sleep occasionally is normal, and it's essential to be kind to yourself. If sleep issues persist and significantly impact your life, consider seeking advice from a healthcare professional or therapist to explore potential underlying causes and solutions.
