excess of everything is bad. balance of everything in life has to be maintained. Tea has polyphenols, tannins, catechins which increase the body's ability to burn fats, reduce risk of heart attack, and cancer,  improve muscle endurance because of antioxidants present in it. Polyphenols in tea influence brain health in a [positive way. The tea when consumed in excess might do harm than good. As excess of tea consumption leads to headache, insomnia, acidity, anxiety. so Best is to have not more than 2 cups a day that is around 600ml tea a day. hope that helps

Tea contains tannins which cause addiction to our bodies. And as we know dealing with addiction is so hectic and fighting it is not easy. Hence its recommended you take it moderately. One of the side effects is having headaches and dizziness when you have not taken it. Which is not a pleasant experience.

It depends on the kind of tea you are taking. Black tea contains caffeine in it, regular consumption of black tea can cause side effects like headache, nervousnes, dizziness, irregular heartbeat etc.

Although you can substitute regular tea with green tea. Gree tea contains bioactive compounds, it can improve brain functioning, increase fat burn, anti-oxidents present in green teas can lower the risk of cancer. There are lot of flavours  available in the market. you can choose according to your need.

Tea is addictive as it contains caffeine. YouYmay feel dizzy, fatigued and headaches if  you withdraw from taking tea. Too much sugar in your tea is also not good. It may lead to obesity.

You should look for ways to cut down the quantity of tea you take if you are used to taking tea.

Drinking diet tea is not good for your health. They say green tea is good for health especially for digesting food or maintaining your weight if you like eating most of the time. But if you are acidic it is not advisable to drink it most of the time even cold green tea. Later on you will experience digestive problems like acid reflux. As much as possible try to drink more water when you drink these kinds of teas.

I've tried to drink 2 liters of tea throughout the day, the following day, I've had diarrhea and the pain in my stomach is unstoppable. I guess because tea is used for better digestion but I've taken too much of it

Consuming large amounts of tea, especially tea that is high in caffeine, can cause side effects such as insomnia, tremors, heart palpitations, and digestive problems. Excessive caffeine intake may also increase the risk of bone fractures, especially in women.

In addition, some types of tea, such as herbal teas, can interact with certain medications and may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions. It is important to be aware of the potential risks and to consult with a healthcare provider before consuming large amounts of tea or using tea as a substitute for medical treatment.

Drinking tea in moderation is generally considered safe and may have some health benefits, such as reducing the risk of certain diseases and promoting hydration. However, excessive consumption of tea can be harmful to health. Consuming more than 4 cups per day of tea can cause side effects such as insomnia, nervousness, stomach upset, and an increased heart rate. It also contains caffeine that can cause jitteriness, anxiety and increase in blood pressure. Tea can also interact with certain medications, so it's important to talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any prescriptions. It's also worth noting that some types of tea, such as green tea, contain high levels of a naturally occurring compound called fluoride. This can be beneficial for dental health, but too much fluoride can cause a condition called fluorosis, which can discolor and weaken the teeth. Also, some herbal teas can be harmful if consumed in excessive amounts or by certain groups of people. Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should be especially careful when consuming herbal teas, as some of the herbs used in these teas may not be safe for them. Overall, it's important to consume tea in moderation and to be mindful of any potential risks or interactions with medications. Consult a doctor or a dietician for specific advice on diet, especially if you have any health concerns.
