There could be a number of reasons why your printer might not be recognizing the new ink cartridges you've sent it. If your printer is not recognizing the new ink cartridges because you have not replaced them before, it might be that one or more of your old ink cartridges have particularly failed and it is not possible to replace them successfully. If your printers software has not been up to date with the new features in the new edition of its printer software, it might be that one or more of your new ink cartridges have not been fresh and might not work properly.
