2. I know if I pass the interview the better but if I fail am not the first and only one.

3. I normally know the interviewers are people and not animals. They know how I feel.

Without failure there is no victory. Failure is stepping stone of success. Hard work will pay you. While get rejection in interview, try hard. Even next time you get rejected, never give up. Never lose your confidence. First why you got rejected and correct it. Be confident.

There will be many reasons to come up with rejections but the best way I guess is to accept it. We cannot do anything about it maybe because their company is strict, just prepare yourself for another interview. Rejections are not failure, it is a step forward for your better job.

The best way to do this is to accept if being rejected. You cannot control this situation because it can result in subjective in hiring an employee. That's the fact and we need to face it without hurting from within.

I think it will be sensitive for those new graduates , it will be for the first or second interview but it is not because a person is not qualified , it is because most of the times a supported person get the job because someone call and ask to accept him/her.

This is what is happening in my country a phone call for unqualified person can put him in a job that someone else deserve.

If you look close to many private or public Institutions you will find that this person have a relative that  person called and support, sometime many relatives work in the same institutions .

Sometime it will be an exchange of benefits to call and support someone because that one is supporting you in other case.

Some institutions advertise for job Opportunities just as a routine and make interviews just as a show up, and suddenly you will find someone supported is in the job.

Because all of that before applying to any job that call should be made from someone to support you to get that job.

So here we don't worry about interview .

The best way of overcoming that fear that you will be rejected is for you not to think about it, just imagine the job is already yours and you have to just meet and talk to the employer.

The best way to overcome the fear of rejection during an interview is to stay calm and positive. We offer some tips to help you overcome the fear:

1. Stay focused on the opportunity. Do not let the fear take over and let it keep you from getting to know the company and the job. Remember, there is no “right” way to overcome the fear, so be open to how the company and the job reacts to your ideas and skills.

2. Be persistent in seeking opportunities. Do not give up after a single opportunity. remain persistent and continue seeking opportunities.

3. Train yourself how to overcome the fear. before you can overcome the fear, you need to training yourself how to overcome the fear. Start by using like-minded people as your source of support, and in turn, you will be able to overcome the fear. Make sure to keep up the practice even when the fear is not present.

4. Seek support from friends and family. do not try to find a “new” friend or family member that has the fear. search for friends and family who can help you overcome the fear.

5. Seek professional help. if you feel the fear is stronger than you, seek professional help. often, fear can be reactive, so professional help can help you overcome the fear.

The best way to overcome the fear of rejection during an interview is to be patient and to change your mind when you think about the interview. You may find it helpful to read the requirements for the position before coming in for an interview. Additionally, you may want to explore different ways to approach the interview, such as writing an application or talking to the company about your frustrations and ideas.
