Immunity doesn’t improve in few days it takes months or even years to improve because its a system which decides how our body responds to particular microorganisms .there are some natural way to improve our immunity

1. Healthy diet 

2.  Exercise can help

5. SLEEPING is most important research and studies suggest 

6.  Too much stress affect our body .

Immunity improvement is not a single week task. It takes time.some tips are here to boost immunity:-

1.wake up early in the morning before sun rise.

2.do some breathing excercise (pranayam)

3.Take one glass of lime juice without sugar twice a day.

4.Add some herb in your daily food like ginger, cinnamon,tulsi.

5. Green tea is best way to boost immunity.

6.citrus fruits contains vitamin c which help to improve immunity.

7.avoid junk foods and cold drinks.
