People actually lose motivation because they don't enjoy what they are doing and do not see any hope that it is going to change in future. I Have been myself depressed for like 3/4 years and getting antidepressants. Believe me its very difficult to remain motivated specially when you have high hope with yourself. But i m gonna tell u some things that actually helps in motivation.
1. Dont talk with people who have negative things to say about you.
2. Talk to your parents and brothers or sisters ask them small things.
3 Bring yourself closer to nature as much as possible i.e visit parks and nearby monuments frequently to think . Watching animals and plants gives you motivation to stay put with your life no matter what.
4. Give yourself a rest it will create hunger FOR work
5. A little compromise doesn’t mean giving up it may open new interesting chapters in life.
MOTIVATION COMES FROM WITHIN NOT FROM WATCHING VIDEOS OF RANDOM SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE
