*Cut the paneer in cubes
*take 3-4 cloves, 1 Bay leaf,  1 medium size cinnamon stick. You need ghee (oil can be use too)  red chilli powder, turmeric, paneer masala, garam masala, garlic ginger paste, tomato onion past

           ~                 preparation      ~

* heat the oil or ghee add cumin seed and other dry masala 

* now add the onion past wait till it turns almond brown, now add the ginger garlic past sauté  it for 5min on low flame 
Now add tomato paste stir and close the lid till it releases out oil, when that's done add the spices, wait for next 5-9min  now add water and your paneer now again close the lid let it come to boil n then the last step add kasuri methi (fenugreek).

There are lot of videos online online. So check google. The main Ingredients of Shahi paneer is paneer, Tomato, cream and spice.

3. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for another minute.

4. Add the garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder and sauté for another minute.

5. Add the tomatoes and cashews and cook for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are softened.

6. Add the tomato paste and cream and bring to a simmer.

7. Add the paneer cheese and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Season with salt to taste.

9. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice. Enjoy!
