There is no specific process to achieve scientist status in the ISRO, however, there are steps that are necessary to achieve this. First, one must have a scientific background in science and technology. Next, one must have a focus in science and technology. Finally, one must have a signatory to the National Science Foundation (NSF) and other scientific organizations.
There are many ways to become scientist in the Indian Space Research Organisation. Some ways are by achieving a degree in science from an accredited university, working in a research lab run by the government, or becoming a full-time research associate at a NSF-affiliated organization. Another way is to be awarded a research project by an NSF-owned organization. After completing the project, you will be able to work in a research lab run by the government or release proprietary data to the public.
