1. Using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese and sugar until creamy and well-combined.

2. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.

3. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring until just combined after each addition (you don’t want to over-beat the eggs or the cheesecake will be more likely to crack)

4. Use a spatula to fold in Oreos.

5. Pour evenly into springform pan over Oreo crust.

6. Bake on 350F for 35-45 minutes or until center is set but springs back to the touch.

7. Once Oreo Cheesecake has finished baking, allow it to cool to room temperature for about an hour before placing in the refrigerator to cool and set completely (about 6 hours). Once cheesecake is cooled, you may prepare the chocolate ganache.

Here is a recipe for making Oreo cheesecake:

Ingredients:

24 Oreo cookies

3 tbsp melted butter

900g cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F).

Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin until they are finely crushed.

Add the melted butter to the crushed Oreos and mix well.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and set it aside.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.

Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until the mixture is creamy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the sour cream until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the springform pan.

Crush a few more Oreos and sprinkle them on top of the cheesecake.

Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once the cheesecake is cool, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

When you're ready to serve, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice it into pieces.

Enjoy your delicious Oreo cheesecake!

There is no one definitive way to make cheese cake with oreo. One way to do so is to make the cake using whole wheat flour and sugar bechamel sauce. Once you have made the cake, you can add any toppings you want, including crushed oreos, and serve it cold.
