Answer questions and earn thanks. For every "thank you", you get 10 points. I really suggest checking out the FAQ page on this website. There should be a link to it at the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps!

When you have amassed 3000 points. That will give you $30. When you get the points you can cash out and earn on answeree. It is a legit site.

I am newbie and registered 4 days before. But it really pays and for newbies minimum payout is 2000 points which is 2 USD and for olders 5000 points which is 5 USD.
