I've been in this problem too where I craved for chocolate, whether if it's drink or chocolate candies, I've tried to eat bananas to prevent me of thinking about chocolate and it worked for me. I may not be addicted to chocolate but the sugar it contain that made me crave for it.

Some tips to help stop craving for chocolates include consuming foods high in fiber and protein, practicing stress-relieving activities like exercise or meditation, getting enough sleep, and replacing chocolate with healthy snacks like fruits or nuts. Additionally, it can be helpful to limit the availability of chocolate at home or work and to have a plan for dealing with cravings when they do occur, such as engaging in a distracting activity or practicing mindfulness techniques.

There is not one definitive answer to this question, as it depends on the individual's individual lifestyle and specific issues in their lives. Some people may find it difficult to stop craving chocolates because they are constantly looking for new places to get them, while others may find that their cravings are entirely due to the mentally and emotionally unavailable place of place chocolate. It is important to determine your individual needs and determined that you should not be seeking after chocolate that is not #1 on your list of things you want. If you want to stop craving for chocolates, it may mean reducing your amount and/or variety of chocolates from usually being in the same place at all times, or even just not eating any chocolates at all.
