No, a cows milk does not contain mucus or blood in it. When blood is found in a cow's milk, it is usually a symptom of an underlying disease an in which the farmer is forced to discard or do away with such milk. Although,it has been found that milk can lead to excess secretion of mucus in humans.

Mucus and blood are not typically present in cow's milk. However, small amounts of blood may accidentally mix with milk during the milking process. Milk is also sometimes thickened with additives that can mimic mucus. Quality control measures aim to ensure that milk is free from contaminants.
