There are plethora of apps out there to track fitness activities. However, when jt comes to accuracy with good sensors, i'll suggest Google fit app. It tracks your activities including speed, pace, running, riding and climbing all a tracker or on your mobile. 

It is a great app which you can try.

Sworkit Apps workouts are designed for beginner, intermediate, or advanced options. The programs use a variety of exercises to increase the difficulty. However even the more challenging advanced workouts were quite simple and relatively easy. It is very good, but it doesn't dynamically adjust to fit your fitness level, with that app you rate how hard each exercise was for you to complete or wether it was too tough to complete at all, and the workouts automatically become tailored to your abilities.

I used to use the Sweatcoin app in tracking my walkathon every day. It is best to see how many steps when doing ambulation to keep fit as a fiddle.
