Well there are many ways to save energy in your home, of which the interesting few I know I shall mention below.

  1. It might interest you to know that adjusting your day to day activities at home,eg. Switch  off lights when you dont need them, manually dry your clothes, etc. will reduce your energy consumption, do it manually and save energy or turn on appliance to do it and watch it consumes your electricity.
  2. Purchase and install a programmable or smart thermostat to your most used but not centred appliances. Programming the number of hours for this appliances usage will save you energy.
  3. Replace your light bulbs from traditional incandescent bulbs to energy saving lights bulbs eg. Led light bulbs, will interestingly save you energy.
  4. Use smart power strips to power your appliances at home, this will eliminate electricity that electronic appliances consume on background when they are not in use but still connect to power sources, interestingly if you dont want to incure extra cost to purchase power strips then practice disengaging plugs of appliances from power sources when they are not in use.
  5. Above all simply insulate your home, this will greatly conserve your energy because it will cause cooling and heating of your home to be more effective. Interestingly this will eliminate long periods of using heater and air conditioner in your home for they are known to be the highest consumers of energy, so short periods of usage will reduce your bills.

Some interesting energy-saving tips include using LED light bulbs, unplugging electronics when not in use, using a programmable thermostat, installing low-flow showerheads and faucets, using a clothesline instead of a dryer, and choosing energy-efficient appliances. Additionally, using natural light, adjusting the thermostat temperature, and cooking efficiently can also help save energy.

Some interesting tips that may help you save energy include: making sure your home is well-starched (i.e. using a spooler), using a air-purifying device like the Air-gage, and using a dimmer on your lamp set to "off." Additionally, it may be helpful to use a " Combined Use " system for your sources of energy. For example, use your energy bill as an estimate for your car or electricity bill. Use a combined use device like your Mr. green energy cordless drill.

Some interesting energy saving tips are

Using Solar Panels: By using solar panels we can easily save energy, as it only required one time investment  after then we get almost free energy. Nowadays majority of people are using Lithium ion battery which only need 2-3 hours maximum charging time so we can charge it at the time of full sunlight.

Using LED light : By using LED lights we can save energy, I personally have seen the time of incandescent light bulb, when only one 100 watt bulb were consuming the power of 5 LED bulb.
