Eating healthy food and fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants like mangoes, guavas, berries,oranges, lemons and pineapples are usually the way to go if you want to boost your immunity. Taking 1g to 2g of vitamin C supplements also helps. However, one should also take into consideration that boosting one's immunity is not entirely dependent on these measures alone, but also on different factors such as age, diet, lifestyle,stress, to name a few.

COVID-19 that is called the Corona Virus is vastly spreading out all over the world. To fight with this virus, we have to grow and maintain our immune system. So, today we are talking about some home-based tricks to improve our immune system. So that we can make our body to fit for a fight with this virus. 

So let’s come to the tips to improve immunity- 

1. Take some leaves of ‘Tulsi’ and divide them into some pieces. Then boil 1-litre water and involve these pieces in the boiled water. When this water becomes as normal as fit for a drink, then drink this water slowly. 

2. In the Morning time, Sit on a plain surface and be normal. Then take a deep breath and resist it as long as you can. Try it for 10 times daily. Remember, a normal body can resist our breath for 45 to 60 seconds but a COVID-19 infected body can’t resist our breath for more than 15 seconds.

These tips are helpful to boost up your immunity..

1. Garlic is antioxidant herb. Take 2 to 4 garlic in the morning with hot water..

2.increase food having vitamin c properties.

Lime, orange n other citrus fruit.

3.Take  Ginger 1 inch , 8 to 10 black pepper, 3 cloves , cinnamon powder 1 tea spoon and boil with one glass of water for 10 minutes than drink. Take 2 times in a day. 

It's very effective drink to boost immunity.

Definitively,  covid-19 drug immunization through vaccine is not the way.

There's no logic in injecting the deadly covid19 virus INTO the body,  with which we are trying to NATURALLY fight in getting rid of.

Many of the people who have gone through the so-called pandemic and their immune system naturally fought the virus away and didn't catch the virus have built up their power immunities.

Covid-19 ( Corona) Pandemic is spreading all over the world. Still now, there is no official medicines, vaccines are find for this disease. So we should safe and increase our Immunity Power. There are many ways to Increase Immunity power. Government advise us to take Vitamin C and ZINC Tablets. 

Take fruits like Saathukudi, Pomegranate, Orange. Heat water with Salt, Ginger, Turmeric and Lemon and drink it. Tulasi is also good medicine for it. Keep your hands clean. Keep your environment clean. Wash your vegetables and fruits before use. 

Do exercise daily. Take Vitamin tablets.
