Normally there are days when we feel low. Sometimes we are annoyed or vexed for some reason or another.

This is the time I take walks alone. As I walk I exercise and ponder over the problem. By the time I come back, am healed.

When I am down I normally listen to blues music and watching movies.

I also like two browse the  Internet  to watch  youtube videos. After doing all this  I am happy again and video can continue with my normal day routine again.

These activities are very refreshing. I normally take long walks.

When I am down I listen to upbringing clips and I also listen to my favorite songs or I talk to someone I confide in. I also watch youtube videos or just ssit back and think over.

When I am feeling blue, I usually walk around the neighborhood, read or watch something online or offline. Sometimes I prefer sleeping for a few hours and deal the causative factors afterward.

When I am feeling down about something, I talk to my friends. They can help me to understand myself and what is causing my sadness.

They can also provide support when I need it.
