What happens if I go to bed at 3:00 AM and wake up at 11:00 am, eat two times in a day and workout daily in the afternoon?

So sticking to one shift was a pretty comfortable idea. Going to bed at 2 or 3 am and waking up at 11 am or noon can disrupt the body's natural circadian rhythm, which is the internal process that regulates the sleep-wake cycle.

Eight hours of sleep is good. Two meals a day, now this depends on what you eat. If your meal is packed with carbs then you will be fat. Yet if you check your diet then you will be slim fit

Nothing, I guess. 8 hours of sleep. Intermittent fasting. Exercise. All good. BUT you'd miss all the most essential ingredient to good health--- sunlight from 6 to 11 am!

It's All About Balance. For starters, while you probably shouldn't be doing two fully intense workouts per day, splitting up your workout — doing half of your workout in the morning and the other half later in the afternoon or evening — is actually a pretty good idea.

You still have 8 hours of sleep. If you are used to this sleep-wake cycle, then you are fine. Eating twice a day is fine. I am sure you are not having any illnesses. We just need to balance our lives and you can do this without any worries with your health.

Once you adopt that habit you won't feel anything and nothing specific will happen to you, but I won't suggest you make that kind of habit unless and until you are someone who is working for night shift.

Nothing can happen to you. Provided you sleep for 8 hours this is also good to your health.

For the two meals in a day I think you should consider a balanced diet for your health to remain in a good standing.

You would go to bed at 3:00 PM and wake up at 11:00 PM. Because if you go to bed at 3:00 PM and wake up at 11:00 PM, you would eat two times in a day and workout daily in the afternoon, which would result in weight gain.

Going to bed at 3:00 AM and waking up at 11:00 AM can have an impact on your circadian rhythm and disrupt your sleep patterns. The recommended amount of sleep for adults is 7-9 hours per night, so if you are only sleeping for 8 hours, it may not be enough for you to feel fully rested and refreshed.

Eating two times in a day is not necessarily a problem, as long as you are consuming enough calories and nutrients to meet your daily needs. However, it is important to have a balanced diet with a variety of foods to ensure you are getting all the necessary nutrients your body needs to function properly.

Working out daily in the afternoon can be a great way to improve your physical fitness and overall health. However, the timing of your workout can also affect your sleep patterns. Exercising too close to bedtime can make it more difficult to fall asleep, so it may be best to schedule your workout for earlier in the day if possible.

Overall, while the specific routine you described may not be optimal for everyone, it is possible to maintain good health with regular exercise and a balanced diet, even if your sleep schedule is not perfectly aligned with traditional sleep patterns. It's important to listen to your body and make adjustments as needed to ensure you are getting enough sleep, eating well, and staying active.
