Too much of everything is good for nothing. Not only with pineapple or any other fruit, but also with everything else you eat and drink.

Yes, too much pineapple is bad for our health--

  • It causes tenderness of the mouth as the fruit is a great meat tenderizer.
  • It causes a range of symptoms like nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or heartburn due to its high vitamin C content.

Pineapple juice is good for people who are hypertensive. It can lower down the blood pressure. However, if they are hyper acidic, it is not advisable to eat or drink it often.

Fruits, apart from poisonous and very sour ones are good for health. There is not too much or too little. Pineapples are good for health.

However since pineapple is a meat tenderer, it may make the tongue, lips and mouth tender. Pineapple can also cause pineapple allergy. Otherwise do not worry as all these problems go by themselves. If they insist, see a doctor.

Only we, the owners and carers of our own body, can know and decide how much is enough and how is little is too little-- compromising to the detriment of the health of our body.

When you eat too much pineapple and get a stomach ache, you know when to stop. Being a great source of Vitamin C and fibre, it is a highly recommended food source. I learned recently that pineapple helps with arthritic pain relief.

Consuming large quantities of pineapple may induce diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or heartburn. Bromelain found in pineapple juice and in the pineapple stem can also contain chemicals that seem to interfere with tumor cells and slow blooding clotting.

If you have hyperacidity and acid reflux you should be careful when eating pineapple since it high in acid. If you need to drink water before or after eating it might help to lower the acid intake you got. You can eat once in a while but not that frequent because it will agravate your acidity later.

There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on the individual and the particular circumstances. If someone is experiencing an allergic reaction to pineapple, for example, there may be no significant health benefits associated with consuming too much of the fruit.

If pineapple is generally considered a healthy fruit, however, it may be that consuming too much may not be a good idea for some individuals. C may cause some people to experience serious health problems. This is because pineapple is a high-oxidized fruit, which can lead to deficiencies in certain vitamins and minerals in the body. For example, pineapple can provide only 1% of the daily caloric intake for some people, and this amount can cause deficiencies in other essential vitamins and minerals.

It depends on the individual and the specific factors they are concerned about. Some people may find that consuming too much pineapple has health benefits while others may find that it can cause health problems.
