Is seasoning salt bad for you?
Besides water, salt (sodium chloride) is an essential nutrient. Both are the most ubiquitous food consumed by humankind. We don't consume enough salt in our bodies, which sodium chloride is important for metabolism and feedback mechanisms salt does.
