There is no definitive answer to this question as different people have different opinions on the matter. Some people believe that sunlight is beneficial for jock itch due to the sun's ability to promote an inflammatory response in the skin. Others may believe that the sun is harmful to jock itch due to the hot sun's ability to cause skin cancer. Ultimately, the decision whether or not to take sunlight as an approach to treating jock itch is personal to each individual.

Ooooh, no! Jock itch cannot make one enjoy sunlight. This is a fungal infection which affects the groin area, buttocks and thighs. If one goes to the sun, it will increase moisture in those areas which will make it uncomfortable.

Definitely, not. It needs medications for such a condition. Sunlight cannot do anything about it. Perhaps it can irritate you more if doing this.
