Do psychopaths know they are psychopaths?

Now psychopaths are people with no feelings. OMG! At least they have some feelings. Imagine a person without love, anger, happiness, sadness etc!

I don't think psychopath know they are psychopath. According to psychopath, what they are doing is right. Hatred is the feeling they have. 

They don't have love for others. It is impossible for them.

Yes, i think most of them know but if someone says so, they can't take it. This is so because they have a different thinking process about themselves, about other, about the world. Somehow, they knows that there is something different in them which separates them from the crowd.
