No, you can't be cured of anxiety.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as everyone may have their own specific challenges and benefits in cured or un cured anxiety. Some people may find they can live without friends or family, while others may feel a need to involve them in their life again. Ultimately, the person with anxiety must come to the party with their symptoms and the help they need to start from scratchers.

Yes, there are medications and therapies for anxiety.

Yet, religion is the best therapy. Jesus gave the medicine when he said, do not be anxious. One cannot add any hair on their heads by being anxious. Learn not to be. Exercise a lot. Be social. All will be fine.

Absolutely. Anxiety and feelings of its threat is real and sometimes overwhelming. As if there's little solution to this unwelcome visitor.

But, fear not. Anxiety can be subdued and controlled mentally and physically. It is important that you tackle this with your rational thinking by saying to yourself, or with a friend, or family member you can trust, "Why am I anxious?" "What am I anxious about?" "How will I face this problem of anxiety? (Answer: peacefully, calm, rationally and intelligently).

Write all your answers in a journal. Pray for strength and peace. Because prayer helps you calm the nerves and internalize your prayer of help.

Talk to yourself and to people who understand you about topics and thoughts that interest you or intrigue you.Regularly go out in the sun and for fresh air. Drink water more.Get and give more hugs and kisses with your loved ones. Speak words of kindness to others and to yourself.

Supplement with Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin C Sodium Ascorbate. Purchase them from a trusted supplier. iHerb is good.

Ofcourse, one can be cured of anxiety by natural therapy such as maintaing a proper routine and exercising daily, avoiding alcohols, drinking herbal tea to relax yourself. I believe these can help reduce anxiety to a great extent.

Anxiety (like all such feelings and emotions) is a product of the mind. Whenever such things become a bother, or real impediment, it is the symptom or an undisciplined mind out of control. The 'cure' is to regain control, which requires meditation, and the willpower to do what is necessary. Most of course will much prefer to allow their mind free reign, and instead turn to pills or silly shrinks, or both.

Anxiety is a common and treatable condition that affects many people. While it is not possible to completely "cure" anxiety, it is possible to manage it and reduce its impact on your life through a combination of self-care strategies and professional treatment.

Anxiety is hard to erase. There are extreme issues that cause anxiety. A professional therapist can help the victim but it all takes time and dedication. There are techniques people can use but, again, it all takes time.

Anxiety Treated Not Cured

Anxiety is a condition that can be treated, but it may not necessarily be "cured." Treatment for anxiety typically involves a combination of therapy and medication, and the goal of treatment is to help individuals manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life. Common forms of therapy for anxiety include cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and talk therapy, among others. Medications commonly used to treat anxiety include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), benzodiazepines, and beta blockers, among others. With proper treatment and support, individuals with anxiety can see a significant reduction in their symptoms and an improvement in their overall well-being.

Yes anxiety is curable. Rather than pills that calm you down, your mindset may heal you on your own. Anxieties are made up of strong emotions gained to your mind that can make you feel so done about everything.
