There is no evidence that peanut butter can cause acne. A person has acne often has low levels of antioxidants like vitamin E and selenium. Most nuts tend to bring the ratio of omega 6 acids and other nutrients to protect cells from damage and infections. But too much consumption of nuts can cause acne and redness.

There is no scientific evidence to suggest that peanut butter causes whiteheads. However, some people may experience acne breakouts from consuming high glycemic index foods such as sugary and processed foods. It's important to maintain a balanced diet and observe any changes in your skin to determine if a specific food or ingredient is affecting it negatively.
