No, peanut butter is not recommended to put on your skin. Peanut butter is not formulated to be safe and beneficial for skin, and can be potentially irritating or even lead to skin reactions. It is best to use products specifically designed for skin care.

I don't think so. Peanut butter is excellent protein source. But people allergic to nuts should stay away from it. Have you tried the sticky, gooey, oily brown paste on your smooth skin before?

I would recommend it, peanut butter has antioxidant in it called coumarin, which is good for acne-prone skin. It also has monounsaturated fats in it which is also great for your skin. It can also hydrate and deeply moisturize your dry skin if you suffer from that.

For me, peanut butter is one of the delicious and tasty snacks, even more, healthier, also packed with vitamins B, E, and provides a good amount of protein. However, peanut butter is high in calories so you must consume it in the right amount. The side effects of eating too much peanut butter may gain weight, hypertension, indigestion lead to heart disease.

Peanut butter are very harsh on skin.

It's not recommended to apply on skin , because of its harshness on skin.it can damage the outermost layer of skin.
