Not necessarily. Not only are these "hair vitamins" horrendously  expensive, which, only celebrities can afford, but are chemically-processed poison in the label , "Vitamins". I have no proof of that. But reading the ingredients will tell you why this is so (poisonous). These poisons will also make you bald. You'd be pulling off your hair with so much money you have spent from your savings or credit card. Sorry, pun intended.

Natural squeezed lemons and lavishly rub the juice on your scalp and hair (leave overnight) is safe, inexpensive and great.

Thank you for asking.

Yes. Vitamins do our hair thick and strong. Biotin pills are very good in the part of hair growth. It may have side effects. So use natural ingredients to get a thick and strong hair.

Perhaps if your hair is thin or you're suffering from hair loss due to poor diet and nutritional or vitamin deficiency hair vitamins or supplements might help. Otherwise, if your not vitamin deficient, there's no concrete evidence that shows extra vitamins from supplements will make your hair grow thicker.

The promotion of hair growth, prevention of hair loss, or enhancement of other characteristics of healthy hair, such as dryness, shine, and thickness, have not been demonstrated in clinical research yet. Taking supplements may enhance hair quality where poor hair health is brought on by vitamin shortages.

If it is adviced by doctors, you can take it. But has it is man made, it also have side effects. So better to go for natural ingredients. Apply aloe vera gel, hibiscus juices etc.

Some people believe that hair vitamins make your hair thicker, while others believe that celebrity consumers of hair vitamins believe that their hair is thicker. It is unknown if these beliefs are based on reality or if they are just popular beliefs.

Hair vitamins may help improve the overall health and appearance of hair, but they do not necessarily make hair thicker. The thickness of hair is determined by genetics and hair follicle size. However, certain vitamins and minerals such as biotin, collagen, and keratin can help strengthen hair strands, prevent breakage, and improve hair growth. It is important to note that taking excessive amounts of vitamins or supplements may not necessarily lead to better hair health and can even have negative effects on overall health.
